Once you are satisfied we can then begin the process of turning your vision into reality.

All our designs are hand painted onto a biscuit tile and then they go into the kiln for a quick fire procedure which insures the paint adheres to the tile correctly. Twenty four hours later they are then individually hand glazed.

Once the tiles are fully dry they are loaded into the kiln for the final stage and fired to over 1040c.

The whole firing process takes well over twenty four hours as the kilns must be left to cool naturally to avoid any possible cracking of tiles.

Once cool the kilns are unloaded and the tiles are inspected prior to packing and dispatch to you.
